We had standard single room to ourselves with air conditioner, private bathroom, as example. Everyone working at this well-maintained hotel was VERY HELPFUL. The location was amazing and stunning in the central area.

Great location near train station, metro, and Tahirir Square. Spacious and clean rooms. Helpful and knowledgeable staff, especially Ahmed, who assisted with itineraries for Egypt.
The bathroom needs improvement, with issues such as a hole in the ceiling, a door that didn't close properly, and a shower that had water temperature fluctuations. The breakfast was basic and the overall condition of the hotel could use renovation.
